Trying to identify this old mower

I have this old rotary mower I'm trying to identify. Has wings above the blades and has a removable side. Can anyone identify this old mower. I know the blades are bent. But it does mow as it sits

They might be mulching blades, purposefully made with a hook on the ends. They were designed to pulverize things like orchard and vineyard prunings and mix them into the soil surface. I suppose they could be used on cornstalks, too. I'm still trying to figure out what brand it is. I know I've seen one somewhere . . . .
