Did you do a refresh after un-ignoring?

I have an android phone.
But look for three vertical dots at top of your screen like the pic below. Then choose the partial circle with an arrow on on end.

Then just clicked "Unignore":

Could you maybe post a screen shot of what you see there? That would help me chase it down for you.

If you are on a windows machine you can use the windows key + the Print Screen key. On mac the keyboard shortcut is shift + command + 3.

I will see if I can just do it for you but I haven't attempted to do that on behalf of a user before so I am not 100% sure that I can, I will update with my findings later this morning.

Ah ok, most phones do screen shots by hitting the "lock" button and either the volume up or down button. It might depend on what kind of phone you have one which button will make it work. On my iPhone it is the volume up and the lock button (the bigger button on the opposite side of the volume buttons). Hope that helps!

When I checked I found I was ignoring 3 people. Two of them were unignored when I tapped the button, Keith Molden wasn’t.

Apologies for the delay here I am somewhat stumped. I have not been able to recreate the issue where I am unable to unignore someone. I will keep at it and let you know!

I started managing message boards on Christmas eve of 2001. At the risk of speaking for others, I would say no need to apologize. This - helping people learn how to navigate the ins and outs of message boards - is an integral part of the job of a forum admin. Not to imply i have anything to do with the running of this one (I don't), but this is why we (forum admins in general) are here. We enjoy being able to help

While such people sadly do exist, the admins here don't strike me as the type of people who don't want to be bothered. My own personal take: I have always enjoyed providing such help. To me, it's near the top of the list of satisfying tasks that admins deal with. I personally find myself inherently suspicious of forum admins that would rather hide than help.
