Valve issues 3 cyl diesel (JD 350)

What is the dozer if you want some help.

you have a "T" handle that tells me it should be an inside munt push frame with full hydraulics (lift, angle and tilt. If that is right it should be a 6305 dozer. here is a link

6305 dozer PC916

I found it by searching 6300... they don't make this easy...
Now I need to find the serial number...
The location is not listed in the intro...

It looks like the 6305 but that parts book does not have the "hydraulics and decal" section that the 6300 has,, what the heck???
Am I to assume it is covered in the 6300 parts book and the 6305 is just a sub section with the differences between the two?
The PC916 I posted has it.

With the right model it comes right up. Until I saw the "T" handle reference in your post, I didn't know which blade your crawler might have. You have to remember we can not see what you do, so pictures or a good description help. With a description back when you were first looking, I could have headed you to the 6305 catalog. You have it now, the info you need should be there.

Thanks, I did find the 6305 info, the question now is if it has the early or late filter, I am just going to assume it has the late filter because of it's year of manufacture, if not that will only cause a short delay until I get the other filter.
The serial number split on the dozer attachment is only at 500 so I think I will be OK, it would be nice if I could find then serial number though..

Wishing you the best of luck. Not many succeed in finding dozer serial numbers.

Compare the parts of the filter unit in the book and I think the same parts are used with both filters other than the bolt that holds the filter, the bottom cover and a washer. I think the new filter can be used if one changes those three parts. I can't say if the cover is available or not.

Well it turned out to be the early $14.85 plug not the later $2.85 one, but I had bought both so no big deal.
The Chicom rockers had a good fit and finish to them only now they take a 12MM not 1/2" wrench to adjust them.
She sounds better, I noticed quite a bit of wear on the rocker shaft but I guess that should be no surprise as she also has quite a bit of blow by, obviously allot of hours on this machine, the oil pressure is very good so at least the lower end seems to be in good condition, she will likely out live me anyway.
One of the rockers I removed I could literally turn with my fingers, the other not much better.
So she is all serviced up but for a round with the grease gun. and I can move on to other machines that need servicing.
