VTEKS H-D A2 Front Loader

First off, I do not have a yanmar tractor, but I do have a VTEKS H-D A2 front loader on a mitsubishi tractor. I hope you can help me. I have a leaking seal on the tilt cylinder. I know yanmar uses, or used Vteks, but I mostly see V2 or V3 versions. First, I'm having big time problems getting the cap off of the cylinder. There are 2 what looks like pins on the cap. They don't screw out and I don't know if I should try to punch them inward. I tried unscrewing the cap without removing these things but am not having much luck. also any ideas on getting replacement seal kits? Hope you can help. I know its not a Yanmar, but I'm hoping you can help me with the VTEK. <E</E>

I recently bought a Mitsubishi d2350 with a vteks v2 loader. Sounds like we have the same equipment. I cannot find any specs or manual online for the loader. Does anybody have a manual?
The loader struggles to Lift and bucket sags quickly. Going to check pressure but not sure how to make adjustments.

VTek loaders are from Vietnam. These are found on machines refurbished in Vietnam and exported to other countries. To date, nobody has ever found out details of these loaders in the past 20 years.
