Hello everyone

My white 2-60 3 point hit will not move, the loader hydraulics works great. To try and remedy I:
  1. cleaned and replaced the filter
  2. check the hydraulic fluid level in the transmission
  3. put a magnetic block heater by the pump
None of the above worked. Can someone tell me if it is the hydraulic pump at the back of the tractor and above the PTO shaft that may be plugged, damaged or other? Is it possible condensation in the lines or transmission have frozen something ? Does anyone have any ideas to try ?

My Jubilee wouldn't work in cold weather. I was using cheap hyd oil from RK. I went to the CHN dealer and buy the recommended hyd oil, CHN134
I also discovered condensation in the sump.

Condensation that now has frozen is very probable. Can you bring the tractor into a heated area? Might take a day for the warmth to find the trouble spot.

That should be the same as an Oliver 1365.
Type in “Oliver 1365 hydraulic problems”.
There are plenty of hits that may direct you.

Thank you everyone for your replies, where would i find the 'sump' on this tractor? Is that at the bottom of the transmission case and do i put a magnetic blocker heater there ?
I do not have a location to put it in to thaw off the tractor.

I would think it will be the bottom of the transmission/ transaxle.
2 thoughts. Post this question down on the Oliver forum. RRLund has some Fiat-Olivers and might be able to help.
Ross the Oliver Man (Ross Reickers) is on YouTube and you might be able to contact him that way. He has some Fiat-Olivers he has worked on.
