When was the last hydraulic fluid change and filter cleaning or replacement?

And what fluid is being used. This is the most critical question to ask.

About 4 months ago and that's when the problem started and I used walmart super tect universal hydraulic fuild. I change the fuild

Nothing wrong with that fluid for your transmission. Assuming you cleaned the cleanable strainer. No more info on what you think might be a power steering pump?

What I thinking is a weak pump I just haven't changed pump yet becausel am alittle confused the pump that keep coming up with is a power steering pump but the pump that is connected to the bucket control is the pump that is made for power steering so i haven't changed pump yet i though i would just changeit to see if it helped or not but not sure if is the right one or not just confused still looking for help

There is a massive recall on the universal fluids due to the class action lawsuits. NAPA, CarQuest, farm stores, and even Walmart universal hydraulic fluids have damaged machines, causing the class action suits.

This is just one of the suits,

"The case was later expanded and brought on behalf of all purchasers nationwide."

And there was a deadline to file any damage claims, June 15th, 2024. (last month) !

For the Yanmar machines, only JDM J20C or JDM J20D or TF500A are acceptable for use. Even farm store brands stating 'meets' and never compatible are acceptable from licensed oil producers like Ashland-Valvoline.

How do you remove the junk fluid in your machine? drain the machine, clean the filter with DIESEL, fill the entire system with diesel and a bottle of Seafoam. With the tractor at cool ambient temps, start the machine, do not rev the engine, only above idle and work the gears and the 3-point to work the junk fluid out. You may need to do this twice, it depends on gooey and sticky the junk fluid has become in your machine. I've read posting of people having it so gooey, it was like TAR.

In a 5-gallon bucket, with a soft tooth brush and diesel wash the filter the best you can. If its too badly gone, replace it.
