I need some assistance with my 3110d. Changed clutch and 1-3 plus reverse on the powershift engages but tractor does not have enough power to move unless Its at full throttle and some range gears no movement at all. Sometimes clutch is depressed all the way and still gears are grinding. the gears are very difficult to find and do not hold. Sometimes it just stops and no gears/ranges work after 10 minutes. The PTO is working well and external hydraulic pump is working. Should I pull apart the Powershift clutch and gearbox to check?

Might help.

When you put the two halves of the tractor together, what did you set the clutch pedal threaded rod to? I think it's over adjusted to be too tight.
Recall, the old clutch needed a tighter pull up on the threaded rod setting to function. The new clutch, not so much is needed, give more slack.

I appreciate all the support. I finally got it fixed. I needed to remove the valve body and and remove all the springs and pieces and clean out the old crude that must have been keeping the main pressure relief valve and spool valve from allowing the correct pressure to the clutch packs. They all were not getting enough pressure to lock the gears. Almost threw me off when it started working since it was broken when i got it and never thought it had that much power. Not sure its supposed to have that much power. Everything works now its really fast and now I need to get used to it. Next step is to keep water from getting into the gear box.

Thank you for coming back and going into the details on this. I know in time, somebody will be looking on how to deal with this issue too.
