Hi there, I recently picked up an international 3600A backhoe. I just got the engine working and am excited to get it to work. One thing I've noticed is that the right hand side swing cylinder is absolutely
gushing hydraulic oil. I grabbed the parts manual and located the seal kit (533627R93) but it doesn't seem to exist. No mention of that number anywhere on the internet.

I was wondering if there were any other backhoes that used the same swing cylinders, which I could grab a kit for and use on my machine. The cylinder assembly seems to be (533404R11)
Any help or advice would be appreciated!

I was able to find a few of these part numbers elsewhere but not all of them. Was hoping for a place to find an entire seal kit!

Parts in the kit according to the manual.
347914R1 - 1
399719R1 - 2
659676R1 - 2
533384R1 - 1
533412R1 - 1
548415R1 - 1
119204C1 - 1
399717R1 - 1
533413R1 - 1
533414R1 - 1
403845R1 - 1

Not everything is on the internet. Have you tried talking to a Case (IH) dealer to see if they can do anything with those numbers? The construction equipment sold to Komatsu/Dresser and then Dressta, so those are others you can try.

You may have to tear it apart and take the seals to a hydraulic repair shop to have them matched up. There are some places on line where you can pick your seals from their catalogs, like Baum Hydraulics. There are some you can send your old seals to and they will match them up for you, Baum might and the name of another has been posted here before, sorry I can't remember it, perhaps someone who has used them will see this and post it for you. Good luck

Thanks so much for the ideas Jim!

I was hoping to have a new kit ready by the time I ripped it apart, but I think your suggestion might be the one I need to go with.

Appreciate the advice.
