Hydraulic brakes and wire wheels would be auto parts from the late 1930's or early 1940's?

I'm thinking late 20s to early 40s.

Factory made gear. Heavy duty.

The wire spoke 16" wheels with brakes has got to be the attraction.
Ammonia wagon gears with that type of steering and working brakes in good condition are about $500.
