Just 2 days ago, we lost a dear friend from cvd. Now. I'm having anxiety attacks thinking about the possibility that it could take me too. Who would have thought, right? We were just talking on the phone a few weeks back, and now she's gone. I am lost. Talk to me, please.

Sorry to hear that. I have a cousin in the
hospital now with it. He's a lot younger
than me and he is not doing well. Doesn't
know who anyone is, can't walk or talk.
Basically in a coma. Doctors aren't sure
what all is going on. He started feeling
sick, went tn the Dr and tested positive, 3
days later in the hospital

Sorry to hear that. That's bad. I mean if he's in a coma, that is too much. I haven't heard a case like that. Hope he gets better soon. By the way, thank you for your response. We really do have to be cautious as this virus is serious.

I am sorry for your loss. Try to keep things in perspective. The vast majority of people are not affected by it this way. I have a friend in his 90's who had it along with his wife. Both recovered in a week without side effects. My entire family had it. The youngest, in her 20's had no symptoms. The rest of us just had what was basically cold symptoms and recovered in days. It is hard when so many news outlets are trading fear for ratings and then you have someone close to you pass. Put your anxiety aside and really think about how many people have been affected so adversely versus how many people there are in the country. Compare the results with other potentially life threatening possibilities. You will find that it is indeed a serious thing but that it should not rule your life or cause you to live in fear.

Wow, how did you do it? I mean, are you taking vitamins or what's your routine that made you recover from it?

Just to share, one of my co-worker had her fever after getting her first jab. This fever last for a month now. Does anyone of you encountered the same situation?

I had my 2 moderna shots, vitamin D, Zinc, Magnesium pills every day. I believe the Zinc is in with the Super vitamin C.
Add a Super B in there and so far no problems.
Your mileage may vary.
I suppose if I was smart, I would get all the affairs in order. Ain't quite got it all done yet.
