i resurrected tractor Mower is probably 20 yrs pld , Only wants to run in choke position, And it will cut grass like that. The deck is good sahape but ther Hood plastic is brittle as a mason jar , And start too ,,. I have used Carb cleaner and it will run on different levels till carb cleaner clears ,,,. i have not removed the carb Yet ,, But i think I have cleaned every port I can find ,,. Your help is Appreciated ,, JIM H |

Seafoam in the tank and run it. Its a 50,50 chance it will clean it up |

You have to take the carb off and clean it thoroughly. You didnt say what the motor is, but theyre all pretty easy to r+r. |

Yep, taking off the carb is the only way to actually clean it. |

I, too would try Seafoam, but you might have to take it apart. Seafoam won't dissolve everything. |
