Just making sure Im right, if someone clicks the Send Email tag, it uses YT server/whatever for the initial email. Anything
after that is our own email program, right? Secondly, how long do you store those initial emails, if at all?

Yes, the server sends out the initial email then you and the person sending are using your mail program after the initial receipt.

The contents of the original email are not retained in the database, server mail has no concept of folders (e.g., Sent Items etc). When it goes it's gone.

know he first contacted me via YT, and Im just curious!
