203 turns over very slow

Hi all I have a 203 which is cranking over very slow and
hard. It ran 2 weeks ago I had a leaking hydraulic line went
to restart it and it would crank but found out I had water in
glass bowl. Any ways cleaned that all up and know when I
catty to start it turns over very slow and hard. Put a new
battery and checked all connections all is fine there. Was
thinking of pulling injectors and see if it spins over easier.
Any ideas would be great thanks

Starter may need to be replaced or rebuilt.

Check your battery cable connections, both ends of both. They can go from good connection to poor connection to no connection in a very short time.
