I don't know the climate of the bluegrass location but if it's not too cold I'd buy the older, simpler, most popular (cheap) line from a good manufacturer. Might use a little more fuel but it'll be less likely to need service and cost less to fix.
Why do you need a furnace?

An old 8 HP genarak ,it is gone. 3600 rpm not well regulated.

Rheem is first rate. Dont buy York. They are truly junk. Thats my experience.

We have a Trane that is about 20 years old and works well.

Have a Bryant that was propane converted to NG .
Had a Utica hot water at last house .
Both have and had service once a year
I think they are good systems.

Thought I was about to retire so I replaced my a/c with a high efficiency Rheem. Mistake. Was about to replace my 30 year Weil McLean boiler that i can work on. Mercury flame sensor and gas valve not available anymore but it works and I can keep it going. To many horror stories about the high efficiency air and hot water systems. Give me 80% efficiency and something I can work on. Im pretty much diy.
