I've been running the 95, while Bailey was shooting Trap for his college team.

The deer just destroyed the headlands on two different fields I opened up.
You could put your snouts down and pick up stalks, but they've ate the ears off while it was before the ears really developed.

Other pic is a crack in the soil here where it's dry, till last night, we got an inch, woohoo, got a rester.

I received my parts I ordered last week for my 95.

This picture is the parts breakdown of the setup on my combine. It is for the variable speed cylinder on the corn special combines. I was needing part # H64208 the sprocket and JD7911 which is the bearing and JD7455 which is a bushing.

This picture is the parts breakdown for the non-variable speed cylinder. Note the part number for the idler sprockets are different. This sprocket is PK860H. It also appears to be made a little bit heavier duty as well. But the bearing and bushing is the same.

These are the parts that I received. The sprocket is the PK860H. It is the only one of the 2 sprockets that I could locate. One dealership in Alabama had this sprocket in stock. No others in the entire country supposedly. I did not have any luck on finding an original style that is exactly like mine. I found the bearing and bushing on eBay by searching for the part numbers for them on eBay.

I hope this helps someone out that was struggling on finding parts.

Have u Tryed motion industries for them brgs ? All they go by is measuring the old brgs when you dont have numbers. They are the brg people. And not robbers like the dealers.

''Plus this sprocket has lots of side to side play in it.''

Apparently you are not experienced with those archaic bearings.
They are ROLLER bearings and have nothing whatever to do with side-to-side movement of the sprocket.

Keep the darned thing greased and don't obsess over it!

Rust Red,

I did not try motion industries since I found bearings at a reasonable price on eBay. The place I ordered them from actually had 2 so now Im good to go for a while.

No I am not familiar with this style bearings. My
grandfather suggested that it needs to be changed as he
likes to keep his stuff up-to-par as far as maintenance is
concerned.

Even if I dont change the bearing and sprocket out, I now
have an extra to use if I need it.

I do make sure and keep up with greasing everything.

GOOD plan to keep things greased and have some spare parts on hand!

I wish you were my neighbor and I could take a turn running that combine!

The parts for these older machines are only going to get
harder to find.

I know thats how most are. But no one realizes that that wears the chain faster, the more u bend the chain. Running it in one circle motion is better. Thats the way I gave as aways run mine on the old 542 Cockshutt. Same set up.
