I would like some information on the amount of valve protrusion I should have and what valve seats I should use. Thanks to all.

John,

If it is a later 283 with direct injection, valve protrusion is as follows: Intake - .014 to .029 Exhaust - .026 to .041

It is better to work toward the higher numbers if possible.
