AUTOLITE MAX 4095 starters

Any leads on where I may find a 10 tooth starter assembly for a Autolite Max 4095 for my 411 ?

That is a really common old drive . Any starter rebuilder will either have it or can get it. If you cant find one email me and I'll get you one. jstpa

Thanks for the information on the starter, your right, it is still available and quite common. My rebuild will be drastically reduced.. the starter drive is roughly priced at $40.00.Thanks!

What did you decide on the nose cone?

Ill have my hands on a starter carcass later this week John and then I will do a rebuild. At my leisure I will reweld the nose cone and save her for a spare. I will post some pics of the ring gear later in the week, when I get out to the farm. First glance does not look too worn .. I will take a small pry bar and rotate the entire ring gear for a good look!

Usually, the ring gear will be burred in 3 areas. I've spent many hours on tractors & old trucks, reaching thru the starter hole w/ a file, filing burred teeth because I was too lazy to fix them correctly.
