Anybody know the thread size and pitch on the drain plug on the bottom of the carb bowl. I had to pull that plug and check the fuel flow today.

The trouble is that the oil filter is right in the way, you can't get a glass jar under the carb. I just let the gas run onto the oil filter and held a large funnel and glass jar under it to catch the gas.

Is that a standard 1/8" pipe thread for that plug? Sitting here in the house it just dawned on me that since the plug is at an angle on the bottom a six inch 1/8" pipe nipple might just screw in there. Seems like that would bypass that oil filter just fine.
