can or should i say will a wd allis pull a 3-14 plow??

I've put a lot of acres under with a WD and 3 bottom snap-coupler plow. In the tougher clay soils in Wisconsin, second gear was the best she'd do. Plowing soybean stubble in field that had more loam soil, she'd pull in third, with the traction booster set correctly. This is a late model WD I'm talking about.

I don't have experience with the WD but, a WD-45 we owned pulled the snap coupler 3 bottom 14s just fine. When everthing was scoured and set right you could just cruise with plow especialy in bean ground.
