The top one doesn't look like a top link to me. More like the upright for the 3pt

The top one is the top link for an 8850 3pt
R70589 is part 3 in the picture

Bottom one, R66299 shows up in the 4040,4240, and 4040 parts catalog.

It looks like the guys have gotten the top links correct.

The round loop with the square shank is what my semis come with to install in the front of the tractor to be able to pull/tow them with the aerodynamic bumpers on them. Common name is tow loops. Yours looks like the one Volvo trucks come with.

Those guys told you which tractors. I will add that they were used
with quik hitches.
