was plowing snow w. 3 pt., tried to raise the plow, seems one of the bolts holding the plow came off and now can't get the rear arms to come down. Control lever moves but the arms won't. Have about 2 feet of snow to move so a solution is pretty important. Thanks!

Sounds like your internally jammed up. Got a floor jack to raise it up? Relieve strain on system and see what you get.
