The female spline of the Belt Pulley may be 1 1/8 "....or 1 3/8" .....

"Usually" a belt pulley used on / off of an 8-N shall be 1 1/8" Male splines......HOWEVER, if the 8-N PTO shaft was upgraded to the 1 3/8" MALE splines then the
belt pulley would also have been upgraded to a newer pulley with a 1 3/8" female spline:

The Ferguson TO 30 may still have the original pto shaft with the 1 1/8" Male splines..... or it may have been upgraded to the 1 3/8" male splines:

If the 8-N still has the original 1 1/8" male PTO splines, and if, the Ferguson TO 30 still has the original 1 1/8" male splines and if you have an original belt
pulley that was being driven off an 8-N with the original 1 1/8" male pto splines....then yes the pulley should work on the TO 30:

I would check all Male pto shafts to verify SPLINE sizes as well as the female splines of the belt pulley:

I would not assume anything will transfer and fit until I knew the seizes of all PTO Male splines as well as the Female spline size of the belt pulley:
