where we are CBS is a part time channel. Fair weather only, no clouds. I jail broke a fire stick and have an add on that has a CBS feed. not a local channel here but it is in New York. we are in the same time zone. this has been working for us for awhile.

I got lucky for antenna TV, all the stations I need are in the same direction and I am on a decent elevation. I installed a directional antenna in the attic on a roof truss and pointed it properly, it's about 25-30ft off the ground level. This one has the signal booster but it's not really needed.

I have had a ROKU box for about ten years. I love it. There is a lot of free channels but, like cable you will probably will only watch a few. If you have Amazon Prime already there is an amazing amount of content on their channel. I just installed PBS on my ROKU.

spacecadet, we were in a motor home not a camper, we have them both big difference, camper 26' bumper hitch one slide out takes a lot of propain to heat it. motor home 3 slide outs has propain furnace and electric bace board heat we run them both until temp is about 70 then shut off the bace board heat very well insulated and easy to heat and cool, cheaper than our old farm house built in the 70's
