Lance, I am really enjoying your work progress - this will help with my first project once I get started on it (my wife says I have to finish the house remodeling first! haha....I have about 1-2 more months to go). My late father did gas pump restorations, but it was all sold off by my stepmother. Once I find photos of his work, I will share with you. Bill (Tracy, CA) |

Here's a picture of what the pump looked like when it showed up. It had so many colors on it I felt like it was an archeology dig to figure out what the original brand it had on it.
There's a short build thread on it here.

The alternator belt and pulley does not look right need a close up pix and a pix where the belt fits the water pump and also the crank pulley... |

I stuffed a paper towel in the oil fill hole on a 1975 Honda 750 it sure caused me a lot of grief when I thought it fell out are somehow got lost.. In the end when I found it, it must have sucked it into the oil tank when I started it then found its way to the oil pump pick up...
