Case 2290 low pressure on remotes

I have a 2290 bought at an auction last year it won't fully lift an implement checked pressure at remotes it only has 1700 max most of the time it's around 1000 psi both remotes are the same tried different male couplers all are the same also pulled the spools out of the compensator the load sensing spool was a little rough polished up and put back in and is still the same. I've changes the fluid and the filters still all the same any help would be appreciated thanks

Is this a power shift tractor? Try checking the pressure in all power shift speeds at 1500 RPM.
Also lift the 3 pt. and time it to a full lift in all power shift speeds. Does the pump respond
when you change the flow speed at the remotes? Try a big hydraulic cylinder and time the
complete cycle on every remote at 3 different speed settings with a constant engine RPM
setting. Do these tests with the oil cold as well as fully warmed up and it will give you the
same information as a complete pump flow test. Post what you find and the crew here will have a
good answer for you.
