Brake lockup on 670

Any ideas on what is locking up left brake every time I tap on the brake. Have to stop and sometimes hit reverse to get it to unlock. took it apart and springs are ok. Everything is rusty and disc have lots of pad left. Any suggestions appreciated.

I think the most common cause of this is rusty spline shaft and rusty disk that rides that spline shaft. Disassemble and clean up those parts best you can. The disk gets shoved in to the stationary parts and won't come back because of the rust. The disks MUST slide on that spline shaft.
