I just bought one does any one here know anything about them , the out riggers don't work , and the throttle don't work

To lock the throttle you have to push the foot pedal down and then lock the switch on. For the outriggers you need to have full air pressure. Check to see if you have power to the switch. Maybe a breaker is open?

What kinda issues are you having with the throttle? The forward to reverse lever has to be in the neutral position to lock it in. Under the floor mat there is a round cover to take off and below that is a small reservoir. Make sure this is full of brake fluid at all times.

I'll have look at resovior , probably empty , at the sale they said the out riggers had trouble, but I do not have any air have to see why
