One of these might get you out of a bind.

Easy to install without having to take anything apart.

Fan belt on a stock 2N ford is easy but if it has a loader on it and the hyd pump is crank shaft driven then the pump has to be pulled back to get the belt off and lack of info on your part makes it hard for us to help you

No Sir...no loader or Pump. But, appears not to have slot/opening to slip belt onto pully like my 8n Ford does?. Thanks, Doug

Use a floor jack placed underneath the tractor to lift the front tires off the ground. If you center pivot pin bushing is worn enough clearance could be limited between the front pulley and axle. Lifting the weight off the axle might give the clearance you need to fit the belt.Use a flat 2x on top of your jack.If that proves to be the case then, front end work will be required soon.

My lasted investment ...1945 2-N.....This little beast had suffered an Electrical melt down so...........the V-Belt was easy to change.

Yup. Bet so, that's what I was thinking. My '47 2N has one, it makes the simple job of replacing the belt a chore. Thankfully, my belt has so far survived 20+ years after an engine re-build.
