What is the best way to handle a company and dealer that s refusing to do the right thing ?

I have a TYM T394 tractor with backhoe and loader. I ve owned for six months and it s been broken seven times. It s only been in my possession for two months out of the six. Does anybody have a way to handle these companies that refuse to do the right thing?

Does the lemon law apply to Tractors?
I don t know if that s a way to go but I ve already asked for a replacement and they refuse.

Is there any other web forms that I can post my story on? Maybe there s a way to go just get the word out so nobody else has to go through what I m going through .
Any ideas please thank you

You could try the Better Business Bureau or the State Attorney General Office. Good Luck
