I have been doing computer work all morning and got to thinking. Lots of websites have the spammer/bot protection for phone numbers and emails. Would there be a way to implement that on this site so when people put their email/phone up it isn't easily readable by trolls? Thinking along the lines of what Craigslist does or clock on the picture thing.

Yes, that is what safemail does technically, it lets someone contact you without giving it out until you choose to, plus it takes care of it with a normal email. Phone number is a little more difficult though since you'd have to have some way that you could approve someone else to have your number. It could be done, but it would take a lot of work and the largest part is the extreme care to make sure it couldn't be coaxed out by a hacker. An email address is about as far as we want to go in keeping user data.

We protect you and ourselves by having a policy that we don't want your name, address, and phone number saved on our system. Now if you get an email from someone through our site, you can make the call as to whether you want them to have those data elements.
