This time of year when your body says it is getting cold and it is trying to snow, I need some chocolate! There is a place not to far away and they make incredibly good chocolates. I buy the Bark. Has mixed or straight nuts in it. They have several types including toasted coconut. It is really good! I bought almond, coconut, and crushed toffee. Think I am set for the winter. Very expensive..

One of my favorites around Christmas. I definitely eat my fair share of chocolate. Some relatives actually make stuff like that along with cookies. I always go for the chocolate first !

How can that possible be a supply for all winter? Surely there must be a plan to replenish the inventory.

These two boxes were around $60.oo. I try very hard not to bing but this stuff is so darn good! This is REAL chocolate. Something you didn't know. That stuff you buy in the bargain store or a cheep candy store is only partially made of chocolate. It is really shiny and hard. Has a slippery texture. That is because it is thickened and has a filler. That filler is food grade Parifin wax! Yup...candle wax. That is why the cheep stuff can cost 2 dollars and the good stuff starts around six or eight and goes up from there. Think you want one of these chocolate bars?

WELL worth the trip. Just west of Berlin,nj. If you have ever been to the berlin farmers market they are about three miles way just off rt. 3o. They are a family business but do a lot of wholesale stuff. They are open 9 to 5 weekdays. Bring some money !!

Please enjoy. That toasted coconut is addictive! They are going to make Brazil nut bark sometime in the future. They have lots of other candy but their chocolate is the best.
