So I drained the transmission oil in my 1010 today. I took the plug out and the oil was kind of slow to drain so I poked a piece of wire in the hole and these four bearing rollers fell out. I haven't driven it much and don't remember if I tried all the gears or not but don't recall hearing any noises when I did drive it. What do you all think?

Is it much of a job to take the top off and take a look?

Yes the PTO works quietly but won't stop unless I pull on the handle pretty hard.

At least it's just a 1010. The guy who owns the fertilizer plant bought a 3155 I believe it was,Canadian anyway. MFWD and Sound Guard. His mechanic pulled the drain plug on that one and a little ball from a bearing rolled out in the oil. He spent over twenty grand getting that one rebuilt.
