I have an 1970 D5 Cat with the 3306 engine. Neither the oil pressure or water temp gauges work. I was just going to replace them with aftermarket gauges. The existing water temp gauge just shows a normal range and the oil pressure shows a low idle and a normal range. This is my first dozer and according to the start up instructions on the dash it is supposed to reach operating oil pressure before you put it to work. Does anyone know the number range associated with those positions? Serial is 6R724

Look on Ebay for 5M1065 oil pressure gauge and for 7M0459 water temperature gauge, just type in one part # at a time and it will bring them up.
