I also have a 863 mower mounted on a Ferguson TED20 tractor and what intrests me is
that all implements starting with number 8 were built in France. All implements
built here in the UK started with the number 7 but the plate on my mower says it is
a 863 made in Great Britain. Wereabouts in the world are you. MJ.

Hi Bill my mower has been on a Ferguson TED20 from new but I am unable to find the
infomation as to when it was fitted as the tractor was made in 1951. I might be
wrong but I think the mower was introduced with the Ferguson FE35 tractor in
1956.This year is the 75th annerversary of the introduction of the Ferguson TE20 so
I might be able to find some more infomation as I attend lot of tractor rallies as I
am the parade ring commontator. In 2017 we had a lot of rallies to mark the hundred
years of the Fordson tractor. At one of the rallies I met a very intresting man and
his sons who came over from Victoria. They had a contracting business on the south
coast and made a lot of hay using New Holland self propelled bailers. Michael Hart.

Hi
Yes i think it originally was on a fe35 or mf35 as it has a 1 3/8 pto coupling. I am hopeful i have worked out its installation. Currently stripping grey paint to repaint. Also have to make a new set up for blade angle as previous one was dammaged. I have a fe35 and 6 tea tractors i was going to fix it onto.
Thanks for help, if you get any pictures of it fitted it would be great
