We got this tractor after shade tree couldnt fix. We have good
pressure out scv , but very very little flow. They replaced the trans
pump and new after market front pump. We put in high capacity trans
pump, that didnt help. Hooked flowrater from filter bypass straight to
the front pump, Still maybe 1/2 gallon flow , bypassed rockshaft
completely , still no good . Has anyone had a similar problem?

First thing on the check list is the sump screen, filter,,if no transmission pump flow after that go back to proving the trans pump circuit,,remove the filter cover,,see what is actually happening,,it all starts back there..

Could there be a large internal leak or a stuck valve somewhere? Steering and brakes have first priority. Do you have the service manual for troubleshooting?

dirty trans filter bypass valve is either stuck open . Or the 150psi relief valve is open and diverting back to the transmission .
PTO clutch and PTO brake are
not spewing oil ?

Filter bypass valve appears to have been replaced, I took it off and
checked over and it was all good. Im replacing the cooler bypass
spring ball and retainer, thats the last place I havent looked. I
bypassed the trans clutches altogether and made no difference
