Super C transmission cover

I am getting my Super C ready to go to a shop to have the oil slinger gear replaced. I have the cover ready to be taken off and wanted to be sure that the 4 seat studs have nothing to do with holding the cover on.

Correct ,studs for seat
You doing the removal by yourself ?
I recommend two people
Or a hoist of some sort .
To awkward , bugger up gasket try not to destroy
Lift in neutral , and note position of gears , take pictures and mark location for reassembled with markers
What I remember ,been a few years since I did one.

Bolt a lifting eye to a stud and hook your hoist to it to easily lift the cover.

Thanks to both of you for the help. I don't have the space or equipment to remove the cover and get the gear out that is hopefully bad. I am taking it a repair shop that does this kind of work on antique tractors. I am just getting the cover ready to come off and do as much as I can to save time and money. I managed to get all the bolts out without twisting any of them off. Plus unhooking all the fast hitch levers and other stuff. We will see how it goes after that.

Suggestion ,think about the gasket , mine ripped taking it off, So get one ordered ,or use Rtv gasket makers.
Ive ripped both of my gaskets in past .
Also might want to buy a 5 gallon pail of Napa sae 90 Weight GL 1 for differential. Dont use 80/90 weight the friction additives have sulphur which attacked the bronze bushings , I made that mistake had to change out oil. Oil turn stinky gray cooler and bronze frets in bottom of differential sludge .
