I posted a week or so ago about my TO20 hydraulic not working, I was using the rear blade and then, nothing, I have worked on it several times, and had the pump out, the valves out
and cleaned, they looked good, the pump is working, I checked the tube taking the oil to the cylinder, it doesnt leak, I did not take the relief valve apart because its preset. I
sprayed it down with penetrating oil and blew everything out, I have had this tractor since 66 and hate to set it aside, but am out of ideas, I am not young anymore and crawling
under it to take it apart is not easy anymore, But I guess I will put it away and forget about it, Thanks for reading my sob story

Interesting is that the Ferguson TO-20 shares the same hydraulic pump as the Ford 9N and 2N along with a few others.
If you can't find your answer her, you can try the Ford 9N board on this site as well.
I would mention another tractor web site that could help as well but then this post would go poof and would do you no good.
As for your problems, I would suspect a bad valve or broken linkage not connecting the top to the bottom.
Your located where?

A possible solution from the other board and Hobo(NC)

There is a long spring on the lift linkage that attaches from the linkage to the lift cylinder I have seen them break is it intact... JMOR has a pix of it... If its broke the lift will not work : (

Unless you have already really given up on it. if you were closer than Michigan, I might take a road trip and make an offer.
