My cyclo 800 corn planter pump pooped out. Can my 5140CaseIH hydraulic remotes run this planter, or will it just ruin the tractor pump/over heat the oil? Bruce

The tractor will run the planter. Be sure to plug in the return line on the planter into the low pressure return line on the tractor. If the tractor does not have one, install one so the oiler stays cooler. When you shut off the planter, push your leaver into float so the hydraulic motor on the fan coasts to a stop. If you do this you will not have any problems and wish you would have done it sooner.
