Here are a couple more pics of what we took out of the 2394 and why it needed an overhaul. The bearings were REALLY bad, but the crank miked good. Had 2 pistons with broken rings and one sleeve with bad o-rings. That is what eventually led to the overhaul, water in the oil. It didn't run bad so we were a little surprised to find everything original and in as bad a shape as it was. It started good and pulled great and didn't burn any oil. The first video are of start up after the final head torgue and valve setting. The second shows what the blowby is now. That is significantly less than before.
