I have a 930 that I bought and it had been sitting for a long time. The fuel was pretty bad, and ended up plugging the filters. I replaced the filters, and now cannot get the pump to bleed out. I have fuel all the way to the pump, but barely getting anything outta the pump. Any tricks or could I have some junk in the pump too? Thanks

Just one stuck plunger will cause the rack to stick too, whether in off or start position . You can check the rack for free movement by removing the rack cap at front of pump, round cap with flats for a wrench. Rack has a screw in end with shims to limit travel for starting fuel adjustment. Remove the screw with shims and put in place a longer metric bolt or screw for a handle and see if the rack will move freely. Full travel is 21 mm. If it will not move by hand pump will need to come off for service. DO NOT force it with tools as gear segments will be damaged causing more damage than you have now. Had an 830 pump last summer that needed the plungers freed up, fuel gallery was clean, so it could be saved. A 930 pump was history that was full of rust inside tha gallery.
