I have never seen a cab on a 3 cylinder DB outside of the UK. The cabbed ones have a different dash, fuel tank and a bunch of other misc parts.

I have a Sims cab on my 885 - it's a ROPS model and is a good sturdy unit. Sims is still in business primarily a supplier for industrial equipment, I think. You might check with wreckers who lean more to the industrial equipment. I saw a picture of an 1190 with a newer Sims cab, also done up in industrial colours like mine. Sorry I can't post a picture as there's none on the computer I'm using tonight.
