I acquired a John Deere disc plow. I was told it was a #19. Any one know where to get info on them. I have searched the web and can't find much. Its not in horrible shape but needs some work.

Your plow doesn't resemble any JD disk plow I've seen or seen literature pertaining to. Are there any casting numbers on the plow? Can you see the JD logo on it? It appears your plow was a 3 disk altered to a 2 disk. The JD plows I'm familiar with had a 2 piece angle iron main frame similar to photo.

I ended up emailing the pictures to deere history. They emailed me back that it is a number 19 plow. they were made from early 1900's to 1934. The casting number on it dated it after 1923. Also sent me this.

That's pretty cool. I love old stuff like that. Best selling year for the Model T!
