I did some work at Pelican Rapids a few years back. PR is not a wealthy town, but it borders the lakes area. The little mom and pop lumber yard was a valuable resource and I noticed a print for a fairly large house. The owner of the yard said it was being built on one of the lakes at a $7M pricetag. How much oil in how many tractors would that change?

Stupid rich...

Is that an either-or question?

If so, I'm half way there!

And it sure isn't the last half!
