I recently purchased what I think is a case 300 round nose tractor. I can't find a serial number on the tractor as the plate on the dash was removed. I do have the motor serial number#112N01389. It has the triple range transmission I will need to replace the clutch but its hard to order parts if I don't know exactly what model it is. Is there any one out there that can help?

Sometimes the serial number plate is down on the lower part of the dash, directly above the triple range transmission cover. If you have not
looked there yet.

Engine s/n 112N is ballpark for 300RN probably a 310 utility. Most 300RN engine s/n starts with 110N or 110M. The last five digits are unique to a single block. Tag for 310RN is usually up under the dash as Bohemian32 wrote. Post some pics.

Tractor is a 1956 or 1957 model 310 utility.

Looks like the serial number tag is gone, screws are still there, but that is little help.

I am repairing the clutch on my tractor and my mechanic gave me a measurement of 8 1/2" for the main clutch plate and the Pto clutch plate. All I see is 9.25 or 10" on most of the parts websites . Is he measuring it incorrectly? Any help will be greatly appreciated.
