Look up the OEM part number on the New Holland web site and search for that rather than by description. There may not be an after market part available for that machine.

I appreciate that information but unfortunately I had already taken that path.

OEM part number: C5NN3304L

I was hoping someone may know of an aftermarket supplier or an alternative fix, the OEM part seems to be a little scarce.

By drag link I take it you mean the rod that goes from your power steering cylinder to the steering arm on the front axle?
If so, is the whole rod missing or broken somehow?
I am putting together a tractor with a modified 3500/3550 power steering system on it and had to build my own drag link.
It was not hard to do.
The issue for you will be if the rear half of the rear drag link is there or not - the part that hooks to the PS cylinder.
If yours is not I am pretty sure that part from an early 4000 with the side arm ps cylinder is the same as your 3550 and since there were many more of those built might be easier to find at a boneyard.
If you'd like to discuss it more you can email me and I might be able to help you make or modify something that looks and wooks good.
Photo shows the tractor I'm building and the drag link I made.

I did what Udog did on a 340. Bought tierod ends from this site. Welded them in new tube. If power steering may be able to cut bad end off and weld back in tube.

Hello Ultradog MN,
I appreciate your response and I have to say that tractor in your photo you sent is looking good, lets me know I have some work to do in comparison to my project.

The photo you sent is exactly what I am having issues with which is the rod from the power steering cylinder to the steering arm on the front axle.

The rod is broken on the end that connects to the front axle.

The rear half of the drag link where it connects to the PS cylinder and the rest of the rod is in great shape.

Any suggestion or ideas would be greatly appreciated.

Find out which tierod UD used on the front of his, measure the length of your drag link then cut the bad end off of the tube.
Grind the new tierod down till it fits inside your tube, set it at the correct length and angle then weld it to the tube.

Hi Dan,
It was fun talking with you last night.
Here is the tie rod end you want.
#E3NN3307AA
It fits a bunch of Ford tractors and the taper will fit your steering arm.

I monitor eBay pretty thoroughly and have a 3550 myself, to my knowledge there is no aftermarket for that part.
