JD X360 Neutral creep

We have always had the style with the lever in the Rt. fender, and there is adjustable linkage between it and the hydrostatic unit.

Obviously the position of the throttle shaft coming out of the gearbox determines what's what. Anything that keeps it from centering when the foot is off the pedal is suspect. Looks like Russ nailed it would be my guess.
