My 35 has a sloppy PTO Lever, how can I fix it, what are some common problems, and all around general advise.

Check the roll pin where the lever attaches to the shaft. There should be little to no movement where the lever slides over the shaft.

If that checks out, open the right cover, look in with a flashlight and see where the slack is. Be sure the inner lever is in the groove in the slider gear.
