Antifreeze is old & time to flush. Looks like the radiator bottom has a slow leak. Corrosion bulge maybe. Been that way for a while perhaps.

Anyway not really in position to pull the radiator & wondering if the system is drained with it make the leak point worse? Or will it be OK if refilled soon after?

Thanks for any knowledge or suggestions offered

If it where me I would fire it up till good and warm then drain it let it cool then fill it with vinegar and run it then drain and back flush. Then I would fill it with new coolant and also add a bottle of bars leak copper and fire it up and run it till good and warm. Did that years ago to a 1965 Ford 1 ton I have and it has not leaked a drop since

Drain, flush and add some stop leak. I like the dry type sold in the little tubes. Costs little to try it. If it continues to leak or gets worse you have not done anything to cause it, the radiator needs fixed or replaced.
