I have a 175 that the rear tires are completely shot on it. The rims are rusted around the valve stem holes. I can fix the rims but 18.4-28 tires are so expensive and finding a decent used set are like try to find hens teeth. I have read where some people have went to a 30 inch rims. Of course that means new center too. I would like to keep the spin out style rims. Can anyone point me in the right direction of what tractors might have the 30 in rims and centers that would bolt right on my tractor? Thanks for any information you can give.

You could use 16.9 x 28's on your rims without any issue. There would be 30 inch rims/centers on some (not all) 180 or 185 Allis's. There would also be some MF and Ford tractors that would have parts that are not identical, but would work.
