Have a later super m670 not having the best luck with this tractor had a leaking steering shaft and find out some one converted it to a standard orbital valve. Well got the correct valve and installed it well now we started it up and it steers fine to the left but won?t steer to the right shut it off steers to right centered wheel.started up again Will steer to right then if you turn left can?t turn right again. Any help would be great running out of hope with this tractor just love the look of them

Sounds like the lines are mixed up. You would have been better off keeping the orbital steering valve. They steer much nicer than the original Saginaw ones. Just changed over my 670 Super and am very happy I did.

Mine came used out of a 670 Super I parted out. My uncle has one that was changed to a newer orbital valve and it is the nicest steering tractor. Since I had the one from the parts tractor I figured I might as well use it. Finally got it running this Sunday. Steers like a dream. I did not see any part numbers on it. If I remember correctly, it was possibly a supercession from Agco, or an aftermarket kit for them to replace the Saginaw units.
